Soldiers And Families Embraced (SAFE) delivers short term solution-focused mental wellness counseling in Clarksville-Montgomery County, TN. This includes;  Individual, Couples, and Youth Counseling services for Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, First Responders and their Families.  SAFE has developed a successful approach and assisted numerous individuals and families achieve their therapeutic goals.  These services are provided at no cost, and no insurance is required*.  We are not affiliated with DOD or VA in any way. We operate strictly through Grants and Donations.

  • Active Duty Dependents (up to age 25)

  • Veteran Dependents (up to age 25)

Clarksville & Montgomery County First Responders Includes:
  • Clarksville Police Department Officers
  • Montgomery County Sheriff Deputies 
  • Clarksville Fire Rescue
  • Montgomery County EMS
  • Spouses of Police, Sheriffs, Fire Fighters, and EMTs. 
  • Dependents of Police, Sheriffs, Fire Fighters, and EMTs (up to age 25). ​
GETTING STARTED
To initiate services at Soldiers and Families Embraced, please complete  Request Services

After the request has been submitted,  Intake Paperwork will be sent to you via email. This paperwork must be completed before we can schedule an intake appointment and move forward with the process. The paperwork will come from a program called SignNow and will be signed digitally. 

Important information regarding the Intake Appointment:
  • All intakes are currently be conducted via Zoom. Our intake appointments last approximately 15-20 minutes. This is not a session, this is to gather more information about your needs in order to pair you with an appropriate provider. 
  • You will need to provide your Military Affiliation (Current Military ID Card, DD214, VA ID, Dependent ID, or marriage certificate with DD214) or First Responder ID.
  • The intake session is to determine if SAFE will be able to meet your needs.

All services and resources provided are strictly confidential.
